It talks about whole communities which remove themselves from normal energy sources with a combination of solar energy, wind energy, and water (hydro electric) energy. It is interesting to me – that the more we go forward, the more we also look backwards. We have ways to harness the oldest sources of energy to produce more power, and these older ways can be used without damaging our environment.
