Federal Government Releasing More Solar Energy Research Money

According to the Science Daily Website, the Federal government has released millions of dollars to fund solar energy research. The object of the studies is to make alternative energy sources more cost effective. They want to look at two important uses of solar energy - converting solar energy into electricity, and converting solar energy into chemical fuel.
It’s a great thought that someday our grandchildren may live not have to worry about power supplies, because power will come from a free and renewable resource! I am happy that, for once, they are putting my tax dollars to good use!
Until the day of universal renewable energy dawns (forgive the pun), you can still use solar energy to power everything from your laptop to your water heater!
