<p>Here is what you can do:</p>
<p><strong>Ask yourself what your expectations about sleep are, and make sure they are realistic.</p>
<p>Be objective about the ramifications  of insomnia – maybe all your problems aren’t because of lack of sleep.</p>
<p>Court sleep with the right conditions: a cool dark room with no TV or internet. If you can not sleep get up and go into another room until you are sleepy and then go back to bed.</p>
<p>Go to bed and get up at the same time every day.</strong></p>
